Stainless Steel Sintered Filter Cartridge

Innovative FiltrexTM stainless steel sintered cartridges are made of multiple layers of sintered stainless-steel mesh, which is applied to a stable supporting cage. Shifting the various sintering filter layers against one another is not possible, which results consistent, reproducible results of filtration. Depending on the Topmesh or Absolta mesh are used for the production. The filter cartridges are regenerative and can be easily cleaned by various methods (backflushing, with high-pressure, ultrasonic or acid bath.) they are used especially at high temperatures, at high viscosities or corrosive media. Stainless steel is supplied with DOE end-caps or common adaptors.

Stainless Steel Sintered Powder Filter Cartridges

Stainless Steel sintered powder filter cartridges are recommended for the filtration of Process Chemical / liquid at higher operating temperatures & corrosive environment. Sintered Stainless Steel cartridges are produced by cold isostatic pressing, which gives high porosity to the material and also stability. They can easily be cleaned or back washed thus having longer shelf life. Sintered filters are able to withstand high differential pressure across the filters.
