Throughout his career, he is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Filtration Technologies, driving efficiency, and embracing sustainability.

Mrs. Vidya Warude (Founder Director)

Mrs. Vidya is the Founder of the Innovative Filtrex™. Her financial and operation knowledge support is the basis of Innovative Filtrex™. She brings over two decades of experience with finance and operation for commercialization of new technology.

Dr. Amol Sonawane (Research and Product Development Division) 

Dr. Amol is a Research and Product Development Scientist at Innovative Filtrex™ and bring strong Filtration, Separation and Purification Technology experience. He is doctorate from SV National Institute of Technology in Chemical Engineering. He bring significant experience in advanced flat sheet, hollow fiber and ceramic process membranes, development of PEM fuel cell and Electrolyzer technology for green hydrogen production.
